RESIDENTS PROTECTED BY BEER/WINE CUP CONDITIONS

Representing adjacent residents and property owners, L&G successfully worked with the local City Council Office to get a Zoning Administrator to impose numerous conditions including a significant reduction in the size of the requested outdoor patio, limits on operating hours, prohibitions on noise and valet parking restrictions.
