JANUARY 2011 – LUNA & GLUSHON ACTS AS LEGAL ADVISOR TO AN OIL AND GAS COMPANY WITH RESPECT TO MINERAL RIGHTS AND SECURES A COURT RULING IN FAVOR OF ITS CLIENT
Luna & Glushon represented its client as the lead trial attorneys with respect to the dispute of an oil and gas lease. Luna & Glushon’s trial team handled all pre-trial pleadings and discovery and represented its client at a bench trial during January 2011, resulting in a tentative ruling by the Court against the Plaintiff and wholly in favor of our client.
The Managing Partner of Luna & Glushon, Dennis Luna, was the principal witness on behalf of the client at the trial. A favorable settlement was negotiated by Luna & Glushon on behalf of its client that resolved the matter prior to the Court issuing a final judgment against the Plaintiff.
