Mr. Glushon has been an active civic leader in the Los Angeles community since 1997, serving both as an elected official and as a city commissioner. Mr. Luna, a graduate of Harvard Law School, is also a licensed Professional Engineer and holds a Master of Science in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Southern California, School of Petroleum Engineering.
