Sharon H. Chung joined the law firm of Luna & Glushon in January 2002, and she focuses her practice on business and real estate matters. Ms. Chung’s experience in business matters includes transactions involving the formation, ownership, development and mergers of business entities, and angel, private placement and venture capital financings. Her experience in real estate matters includes sophisticated project finance transactions.
Ms. Chung graduated from the University of California, Irvine with degrees in Political Science and Psychology and received her law degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. Ms. Chung is a member of the State Bar of California and Los Angeles County Bar Association. Ms. Chung was born in Seoul, Korea, and she is conversant in Korean.
